From the youth work of the Neckartailfingen local group founded in 1896, the folk dance group developed in 1962, which even then enjoyed traditional dances. From this youth dance group emerged the folk and customs department, which today carries out a variety of activities in the field of fostering of regional values and traditions
Folk dances and folk music from the Swabian and Allannian language area, today's Baden-Württemberg, form the basis of the group activity. However, dances from other German regions as well as music and dances from our friendly foreign groups are also part of our repertoire.
